MAYC photos

1. This pic was taken last year at Chester House in London for the MAYC 60th anniversary. Left to right: Bob Daly, Charlie Metcalfe and Rachel Widdowson.

2. The After Eights were represented at The District Members Weekend held at Queen Street Methodist Church Scarborough from 23rd to 25th of February 2007. Bob took a small group with co-worker Charlie Metcalfe - they were mainly new to M.A.Y.C. being year 7 pupils from Thirsk School. Year 7 is the minimum entry point for M.A.Y.C. replacing the old age 13years entry point. Old hand Emma on her 2nd weekend with new members Rachel - Sarah - and Charlie 2 . They are in the front row of the photo with Jasmin from the Brompton Group far left and the tall lad centre rear row James Byrne from Whitby the new Chair of the District Members Council. His hair is not always in bunches but they are pictured at a recycling fashion show dressed in the latest bin liner fashions. Bob was re-elected M.A.Y.C. District President by the 51 young people and 12 leaders present at the weekend. The young people all took an active part in leading the Sunday Worship at Queen Street on Sunday 25th. We were also honoured by a visit from Revd Stephen Burgess The District Chairman.

3. This was taken at the Circuit Youth Weekend at Marrick Priory in October 2007. Bob isn't on the pic. as he had to leave early on the Sunday morning before it was taken!
